What happens after 30 days?

You see how many chats it answered and how many bookings it took. If you keep it, you move to the Grow plan, month to month. If not, you stop and pay nothing.

Who pays WhatsApp’s fees?

Since 1 October 2026, Meta charges for replies after the first 1,000 a month on your number: about RM0.06 a reply in Malaysia or SAR 0.04 in Saudi Arabia, billed straight to your own card at Meta’s price. We add nothing. The assistant keeps the count low by answering a burst of messages with one reply, and replies within 72 hours of a click-to-WhatsApp ad are free.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month to month: tell us before your next month starts, with no exit fees. If you leave Grow and want to keep your website, it’s a one-time fee equal to the Launch setup (RM1,500, SAR 1,899 or USD 499).

Do I need a website?

No, the front desk works on WhatsApp alone. If you keep it after the pilot, Grow includes a bilingual website on your own domain, so people who find you on Google can book in one tap.
