Who can read the chats?
You can read every chat on your private dashboard, from your phone. Our team can read chats to check the assistant’s answers. Nobody else can, and we never sell or share them.
What happens to your chats and your customers’ data
Your customers write to you in confidence. This is exactly where those messages go, and who sees them.
Where are the chats kept, and for how long?
In a database on Cloudflare. The text of a chat is deleted after 6 months without new messages. The details someone sends through our sign-up form are deleted after 12 months.
Which other companies handle the messages?
WhatsApp is run by Meta. The replies are written by Anthropic’s Claude, which does not use what we send it to train its models. Voice notes are turned into text by ElevenLabs, which receives the recording and keeps it, with the text, under its own privacy policy; if ElevenLabs cannot be reached, Cloudflare does this instead. The website and the database run on Cloudflare.
Does the assistant ask for card numbers or ID?
No. It never asks for card numbers, passwords or ID numbers, and it does not take payments in the chat.
Can I stop it, or have things deleted?
You can pause the assistant for every customer any time with one message to it, and it goes quiet in any chat where your staff reply. Ask us and we delete a chat, or everything we hold for you.
What if the assistant says something wrong?
It answers only from what you have confirmed: your menu, prices, hours and rules. If it does not know, it tells the customer your team will reply, and alerts you. You can read every chat, so a mistake is never hidden.
